MOST PEOPLE ARE DOCUMENT-FOCUSED FIRST AND JUST SAY, “I NEED A SIMPLE WILL.”

  1. Before they learn about the advantages (pros) and disadvantages (cons) of wills and trusts
  2. Before they have analyzed their families needs and goals as it relates to estate planning; and
  3. Before they learn about the options and choices available to them so they can make intelligent decisions about “Estate Planning Solutions Tailored To Meet Their Needs.”

SOLUTION: Get the order of the “process” correct. Put the Horse (estate planning analysis) in front of the Cart (documents necessary for a particular type of estate plan).
